Itzayana demonstrated unparalleled work ethic from the beginning, putting in long clinic hours. She took
initiative on a daily basis and is driven by her compassion to helping people improve. She has great
problem-solving skills that helped her effectively deliver patient care within the POC of the supervising
physical therapist. She consistently demonstrated strong communication skills. She has great
interpersonal skills and had great rapport with patients. She efficiently communicated with the
supervising physical therapists and exhibited detailed documentation daily.

Itzayana showed a true yearning for the profession, eager to learn and develop her knowledge/skills.
She was professional, responsible and trustworthy during her clinical rotation here. She would keep
patients safe during treatment and had good knowledge of orthopedic skills such as anatomy,
kinesiology, goniometry, and understood written protocols of surgeries. After working with her and
being her Clinical instructor, I can confidently recommend her for a position as a physical therapist
