recommendation for Itzayana Carranza-Perez as a physical therapist assistant.

I am the Clinic manager for Athletico Physical Therapy-Cicero. I have known Itzayana for the last 2.5
years as her direct supervisor during her role as Rehabilitation Aide. In that time, I have watched as she
has grown in her professional responsibilities and through her Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Itzayana has always demonstrated excellent initiative and a willingness to help that makes her
invaluable as an employee. She has demonstrated excellent communication skills in both English and
Spanish with the ability to make every patient feel comfortable and listened to. In addition, Itzayana has
done a great job of applying the knowledge she has gained from her PTA program including subjective
questions, exercise instruction and application of modalities. I would hire Itzayana for any position now
and in the future and have no doubt she will have a successful career.
