SAVE THE WATER

Water is wasted more frequently than we can see. Turn off the faucet as you are brushing your
teeth. Don’t turn your shower on until you’re ready to get in and wash your hair. Limit your
water usage as you wash dishes. Changing old habits will be good for both the environment
and your wallet!

NO MORE CARS

Try to use the car as little as possible. If you go to work and cannot use public transport, try to
share a car with several workers. Otherwise, use a bicycle, bus, subway or other more
environmentally friendly alternative. This is a way to help yourself and your company to be
healthy.

MORE TREES

Planting trees and avoiding deforestation are key measures in reducing the human impact on
global climate change.

Trees clean the air so we can breathe more easily

Trees cool down your life, and could even save it.

3R

Before throwing something away we should ask ourselves if we can reuse, recycle or repair
it (the famous 3Rs). If it is not useful for us, it may be useful for someone else or someone else
can repair it, so it is worth thinking about it before throwing it away.

ORGANIC FOOD

Shop locally, shop organically.

If you have the chance, buying fresh organic food is a great way to support local farmers,
reduce your carbon footprint and support nature with your food choices.

ENERGY SAVER

We should unplug any electrical appliances that we do not use. Keeping appliances and other
equipment plugged in to the mains is an unnecessary expense. They can waste up to 33% of
energy, which is a lot, even if it doesn’t look like it. Leaving them plugged in allows them to
continue wasting light.
