When we talk about safety and preventive

measures, SafeTech Philippines is active in
providing technological solutions to any
occurence of risks and disasters in different
sectors and agencies in the Philippines.

The table above shows that since 2013, the

number of road crash deaths never dipped
below 8,000. The year with the most number of
road crash-related deaths is 2018, with 10,012
people killed. This is 1.79% of the 560,605 total
deaths (including non-road crash ones)
recorded by the PSA last year.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 1

The SafeTech Philippines is trying to propose a

solution to one of the major problems the LGU
of Antique Town urged to address right away.
That is to lessen the casualties of vehicular
accidents and delayed response to the
public/private utility vehicles bound from Iloilo
to Antique.

Every day around the world, a huge percentage

of people die from traffic accident injuries. An
influential indicator of survival rates after
detecting the accident is the time between the
occurrence of the accident and the arrival of
emergency responders on the said incidents.
PROPOSED SOLUTION 2

SafeTech Philippines created AVADS TECH

(Automatic Vehicle Accident Detector System)
the ultimate life saver device as the primary
solution to the problem. This system can save
human lives and lessen the casualties by the help
of the automatic vehicle accident detector.

Unlike other existing device detector, they have

only sensor without collaboration to the stations.
In short, the company does not see any
difference at all.

In that case by the help of our investigation, the

company proposed to install an automatic
vehicular accident detector and deploy a control
system that is connected to the DRRMC station
and Police station in each town bound from Iloilo
to Antique.

It is easy to manage and control quick responses

by the help of GPS, GES and automotive radar.

The device size is

10.4 x 10.5 x 1.8 inch
and its weight is
11.3 oz (320 g) with
battery pack.

This is how it works. First, install the AVADS

TECH device inside the car. Once the engine of
the vehicle starts the AVADS TECH will also be
activated and as well charging.

Then, inside the device we set their data base

contained GPS APP, automotive radar and GES
(General Estimate System) database. by the help
of the GPS we can locate easily where the
accident happened by the help of the control
system was installed on the specific town bound
from Antique to Iloilo.

INSTALLATION

The GES DATABASE will classify the damage in

the vehicles in three categories: minor, moderate
and severe damage.

For the AUTOMOTIVE RADAR, it serves as the

sensor and detector of the impact of the accident it
immediately sends information to the control
system. after receiving an accident notification the
control system must determine the severity of the
accident to adjust the available resources to each
situation. Because of AVADS TECH, the emergecy
responders could easily manage or control how to
respond to the incident.
