Subject: Completion of order not possible at the particular cost

We have received your order to print the names of 2000 students with 5 books each (order of 10000
unruled A4 size 200 pages notebooks) The order which we have been received on 15th August.

We greatly regret to inform you that the order has been in complete at that particular price per 1000
numbers given on the website due to the huge number of books to be printed and the short
deadline given by the school of 31st December. We have 1000rs of shortage if you pay us before
your order will be in time.

Kindly reply to this letter as soon as possible so that we start our printing as soon as we receive your
reply.
