CANDIDATES PROVISIONALLY SHORTLISTED FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL

EXAMINATION (PEME) AT PANIPAT REFINERY & PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX
FOR POST CODES 201 & 205 AGAINST ADVT No. PR/P/47(2022-23)

Based on performance in Written Test as well as in Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT), following

candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for undergoing Pre-Employment Medical
Examination (PEME) for Post Codes 201 & 205 at Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex.

Important Instructions for the Candidates:

1. Candidates are advised to report to GM (Medical), Panipat Refinery Hospital, Panipat

Refinery Township, Panipat, Haryana, for Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME)
on prescribed dates at 08:30 A.M.
2. Candidates are required to report at the hospital on an empty stomach and also required
to bring the following documents:
i) Pre-Employment Medical Examination form from the link:

ii) 2 Passport Size Photograph
iii) Original Photo ID Proof along with self – attested photocopy
iv) Copy of Call Letter issued at the time of Written Test

3. Please note that the Medical test can stretch upto 2 days or more, so candidates are
advised to arrange their own accommodation accordingly. Corporation does not hold any
responsibility for the same.
4. Candidates are advised to carry sufficient cash or online payment modes with themselves for
their medical tests to be done at the designated hospitals and laboratories.
5. Candidates are required to read the guidelines and criteria for Physical Fitness for Pre-
Employment Medical Examination required for recruitment in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. as
the attached in the link:

6. All candidates are strictly advised to follow Covid-19 appropriate behaviors like wearing mask/
face cover, maintaining social distancing and carrying hand sanitizers at all times during PEME
at PR Hospital.

 7. Please note that declaration of this result does not confer any claim or right to appointment in
the Corporation. It is also clarified to the candidates that their candidature is provisional and
subject to meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria (Refer Advertisement No. PR/P/47(2022-
23) and subsequent verification of certificates/testimonials. At any stage of the selection
process, if it is found that the candidate has furnished false or incorrect
information the candidature/appointment of the candidates is liable to be
cancelled.
8. Candidates being found medically fit in PEME shall be issued offer for appointment.
9. Other terms & conditions will remain same as per Advt. No. PR/P/47(2022-23).
