 Purpose of this contribution is to provide subsidy to the Filipino employees in case of

hospitalization or other medical expenses
 Benefits are paid to hospitals accredited by the agency
 The amount shouldered by this agency depends on the medical condition of the employee
 In order to be qualified, employee must make at least 6 monthly contributions, with the last
3 contributions in the last 12 months

 HDMF fund is an agency of the government that provides affordable financing if a Filipino
employee wants to buy a new house
 Maximum amount base for HDMF contribution is at Php5,000
 Maximum amount that the company will pay per employee is only Php100
 In order to avail a housing loan, the employee must have at least 24 monthly contributions,
and has 1 contribution 6 months prior to application. Employee must also present proof of
income/employment
 It also provides short-term loan, multi-purpose loan, house repair loan, calamity loan
  Lastly, it provides savings that when you reach 45 years old and reached 240 contributions,
employee can withdraw the money.
