With the logistical restrictions imposed by the government to curb the widespread
COVID-19 pandemic, the construction works had been halted, causing inevitable delays
to the completion of the Tagbalai Heights Condominium (the “Condominium Project”).
Furthermore, the onslaught of Typhoon Odette had made it difficult for Robinland, Inc.
to achieve the target completion date.

In view of the foregoing, we would like to inform you that the Condominium Project is
expected to be completed and fully operational on December 31, 2022, instead of July
6, 2022 as earlier advertised.
