PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA

REORGANIZE THE CONTENT OF THIS CHAPTER BASED FROM THE

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The result of the study is presented in this chapter in the following order: Proposed

procedures and features of the system to prevent the multiple voting of students; Features of

the voting system that lessens or reduce the time in canvassing and counting of votes;

Features of the voting system for the security and information.

I. Proposed procedures and features of the system to prevent the multiple voting of

students.

The system will allow only a student to vote once. Once the student finished

voting, the system will mark the name of the student who already voted so that they will

not allow the student to log in twice accessing the transaction of the system to vote the

second time.

II. Features of the voting system that lessens or reduce the time in canvassing and

counting of votes.

The best feature of this system is, it eliminates the use of paper ballot. The

process of this system is done by clicking on the name of the candidates. It

automatically counts votes as a voter has done.
