I learned many things from the “Lunduyan ng Kahusayan” program that I can use and

share to my co teachers in the field to enhance the learning experience of the learners that we

had.

Before, I don’t know how to handle modular and face-to-face modality, but upon learning

about the HyFlex learning I gain insights on how to prepare myself and my learners on the

challenges of having different modalities. I also learn to provide appropriate activities that will

cater the needs and interests of my learners no matter what is their status or situation in life, as

per instruction of Department of Education no learners should be left behind, because education

is for everyone that is willing to learn.

I also learn what appropriate knowledge I can impart to my learners so that they can really

learn every aspect of the subject taught and the related field around that subject. We’d like to

think outside our subject to bring a holistic approach to the learning experience of our learners.

As part of the community we need to work with different people to help us improve not

only the physical facility of our school, but also the well-being of our learners for them to be

motivated in coming to schools.

Lastly, because of my frustrations about the bad situation of our school I forgot about my

self but upon learning about PERMA+ I realized that my well-being is important so that I can serve

my learners with a healthy mind and body.
