system software enhancements or new projects in accordance to users’ provision.

2. Perform and support SIT and UAT for the enhancements that being developed.

3. Supporting, maintaining, and monitoring of test tools for Credit Cards

a. Investigate production incidents. Escalate issue to application supervisor and do
investigation.
b. Provide interim application solution.
c. Fix deployment.
d. Application Service Pack testing.
