Hope you have been well.

I am writing to inform you of our updated Gift Management Policy regarding gifts and
offers of hospitality/invitations. Whilst we are very grateful for the thoughtful gesture we
must respectfully ask that you refrain from doing so as this goes against our updated
policy.

Should you send a gift as a gesture of goodwill, the gift must be declared to Business
Integrity Department and surrendered to the head of department who will decide on the
appropriate action, whether to share it amongst staff or donate it to charity.

Any invitations for open house or events will also need to be declared. If a conflict of
interest arises or is likely to be perceived to arise from such an invitation, our employees
are required to decline the invitation.
