Leadership and Empowerment are two words that must be together at all costs.

Empowerment Leadership is important due to the process of sharing power and providing works

to the followers or other employees through a specific leader of an organization that entails to

enhance meaningfulness of works, implementing participation when it comes to decision making

and expressing confidence of one’s employee or leader.

Leaders will be empowering their followers by providing the example and setting

themselves as models. Empowering is a good technique in order for your employees to follow

you, instead of shouting at them motivate them in a way that they do not lose their confidence on

things they do every day.

It is the responsibility of the leaders to empower their employees but employees can be

also an example if an empowered employee like being a model to other employees to set an idea

of not being tardy at work or not absent for things that are not acceptable.
