Hierarchy of Needs Theory by Maslow talks about the Physiological, Safety, Social,

Esteem and Self-actualization. It is mandatory for us to learn and understand deeply the

Hierarchy of Needs because according to the highest level of the said theory, We will be able to

realize our potential and seeking personal growth. We will be able to know how life works.

Esteem is just like we would like people to show respect and humility to us since it is one

of the important aspects in socializing with people. To be respected and to respect. For Social

Need, we will be able to communicate and have conversation with people. It is more on

interpersonal relationships once the Physiological and Safety needs have been fullfulled or

achieved. Safety or Security Needs are just like being secured from our shelters, food and other

basic needs. For instance, if a certain person does not feel happy in his environment since it gives

him or her the sense of unprotected then the safety need has failed. The Physiological Need talks

about the requisites of Human Survival like Food, shelter and other basic needs of people.

In order for us to feel motivated in every little thing we commit, we must have the five

needs present in our lives to be able to achieve absolute happiness and contentment.
