It has become obvious that staff need to speak some Chinese and Spanish
because of our cross-cultural projects. After researching, I suggest three options.
Firstly, online courses seem to be the cheapest way of learning. Secondly,
someone could come into our company to teach staff, and finally, people could
attend full immersion courses in countries where the languages are spoken.
I recommend that we (should) use online courses to keep costs down and
because staff can study in between other commitments.
