Suggested Format for the 1st four pages of manuscript for publication in
Pertanika journal:
NOTE: Manuscripts to be submitted to Pertanika must strictly follow the format below.
1st page : Should contain only the running Title of the paper.
(The shortened title meant for the running header of your article).
2nd page : Should contain the full Title of the paper + all Authors’ names + the
Corresponding author’s name, along with his/her full mailing
address, email & hand phone number(s).
3rd page : Full Title of the paper + Abstract & Key words.
(List up to eight key words to be used for indexing)
b) Forms : e.g.
“<JTAS-0000-2012> Your Name (MS KIT)_Date”
c) Manuscript : e.g.
“<JTAS-0000-2012> Your Name (ORG MS)_Date”
Please email the softcopy of your manuscripts, together with the manuscript submission
kit, to the Guest Editor and c.c. to the Chief Executive Editor at <nayan@upm.my>.
Author(s) must provide a certificate confirming that their manuscripts have been adequately edited. A proof from a
recognised editing service should be submitted together with the cover letter. All costs will be borne by the
author(s).
