Subject: Invitation for the event

Every person in the company knows the stressful situation created by COVID; Therefore, I am
informing you regarding a joyful day that we will be spending together with all the employees to
make sure that everyone gets some relief from the mental pressure they are handling these days
and increase their confidence and boost their moral during this difficult phase. The company is
thankful for the support and togetherness shown by every employee, and this event will be the
way to express gratitude to you all.  

For everybody’s convenience and to protect you all from the ongoing pandemic situation, the
event will be held at our Company Hall space (5 th Floor). It is specially for the employees so we
are sorry if you were thinking to bring your families along because that will not be possible as
the event is planned according to the number of employees working and the facilities provided
will also be accordingly. Another major thing is that you will be asked a proof of your
vaccination on the entry so be prepared with it while entering the hall and as per the government
guidelines wearing masks will also be necessary while the entry. The event will be filled with the
positive vibes and will include, some interesting games with prize winning, music with dancing
floor will also be there for those who want dance and make event more joyful, food obviously
will be there along with the drinks. The food will be available in both varieties, vegetarian and
non-vegetarian. The food menu is decided keeping in mind every kind of person in the company.
The event will begin at 2 in the afternoon and will commence till 10 in the night. The dress code
will be casual as there will be no compulsion of formal clothes. The company will also share
some experiences of the employees working with the company from a long time and will also
give the employees a chance to share their experiences as well.
