Ms Ursula von der Leyen, the President-elect of the European Commission, has asked me
to thank you for your letter in which you share information regarding the projects and
events you have been part of in the past, and your plans for the future, namely the
organisation of a Conference in the European Committee of the Regions. Please accept
our apologies for the delay in replying to you.

We have taken note of your views, concerns and ambitions regarding the realisation of
the highway project Iasi-Chisinau-Odessa.

However, please note that the new Commission has not yet taken office. Your letter has
been transmitted to the competent services for information.
