CONTINGENCY PLAN AMIDST COVID-19 PANDEMIC

1. The series of aggravating effects of COVID-19 pandemic necessitates the

institutionalization of a systematic, organized, efficient and effective
response, recovery and rehabilitation plan in consonance with the
DRRMS mandate, that even in the midst of a disaster, learning must
continue.

2. The realization of this objective demands for the technical expertise of

the SDO Isabela DRRM Service Lead and LD Coordinators.

3. In view of the foregoing, the identified SDO-DRRMS Lead and Members

below are directed to attend the Division Contingency Planning and
Writeshop on August 3-5, 2022, venue to be announced:
