UV analysis of dyes

A UV spectrum of MO, RhB and CV was recorded at ambient temperature given in figure – for
comparative analysis. To analysis the UV spectra for the removal of dyes 25 mg/L solution of
MO, RhB, and CV was taken in a conical flask. Then 0.03 g adsorbent was added in each flask.
Flasks were placed on agitator for 30 minutes at 150 rpm. After that flasks were takeoff from
agitator and put on rest for 30 minutes. After filtration, UV spectra for each dyes was scanned.
