Dear Parent/Guardian,

Good Day!

May we inform you that there will be a graduation practice on June 22, 2022.

In this connection, we would like to seek your permission and support to allow your
son/daughter to attend the said practice on the above mentioned date. It shall be held at
exactly 8:30 in the morning and it will end up to 4 o’clock in afternoon. This shall be held at the
EAST campus, Divisoria, Zamboanga City.

Students are not allowed to go out from the campus during that time. They shall bring
with them the following:

 Snacks

 Food for lunch (Baon)

 Water
