AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, ALFRED, of legal age, married, citizen, with postal address

at Sanidad and Associates Law Office located at Brgy. San Jose,
Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and states that:

1. I am an incorporator and co-buyer of a real property

covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No.
151757 and more particularly described as follows, to
wit:

A copy of the TCT is hereto attached and marked as

Annex “A”;

2. That the said lot will be used by our corporation for the
establishment of a Bar called OPTION located at San
Vicente, Ilocos Sur.

3. Out of ________ consideration of the half of the prop-

erty, I already paid ___________- and in exchange, the
original title was entrusted to MARIA THERESA A. AL
HOURANI and was in fact transferred under their
name;

4. I am requesting the Register Of Deeds of Malasiqui,

Pangasinan to register this ADVERSE CLAIM, to pro-
tect my rights as the BUYER of the half of the aforesaid
property;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for all legal intents and purposes
this affidavit may serve.
