Jurassic park

Jurassic Park is the first movie of the homonymous franchise. It was directed by Steven
Spielberg and is based on the book novel of the same name written by Michael Crichton.
The main stars of the movie were Sam Neil as Alan Grant, Laura Dern as Ellie Sattler, Jeff
Goldblum as Ian Malcom, Ariana Richards as Lex Murphy, Joseph Mazello as Tim Murphy
and Richard Attenborough as John Hammond. Stan Winston was the main manager of
the special effects and paleontological advisory was provided by Jack Horner.
The movie is set in a fictional island called Nublar island, near of Costa Rica. Most of the
movie was filmed in Hawaii, especially on kaua’i island although some scenes were
recorded in California.
The plot of the movie is the next: Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler, two palaeontologists are
working in an excavation when suddenly a multimillionaire called John Hammond visits
our protagonist to show them a touristic island that have real dinosaurs, creatures
resurrected from the remote times, during the trip to the park they also meet Ian Malcom,
a mathematician that was also called to check this park. Everything at the moment of the
arrival in the place is going well, is the first time than they see these creatures alive,
however, at some point due to the system failures and the unpredictable nature of some
of this creatures, the thing gets out of control and now the crew need to survive until they
can escape from the island.
This is my favourite movie in general, the history, and their great characters are just
amazing, the realism for its
time and the message of
how the human can’t
control the nature is very well
developed, none of their
sequels (and most dinosaur’s
movies in general) can
surpass the job than this
movie did, I think than this is
the main referent of
dinosaurs in the pop culture
and more,
