SUMMARY

I am a hard worker, responsible for a job, a loyalty to work and conservationist spirit.
Experience while working in one of the companies in the industrial forest sector, i once held
responsibility as an environment officer who was responsible for maintaining conservation land in
the concession area, with patrol programs for high conservation values areas and natural
restoration on ex-illegal logging lands in the company's concessions.
In addition, i am quick to understand, adapt with something new, and have good communication
skills. This was proven for the first time joining in NGO’S, with the restoration program in the
tngl conservation area when i was at the pesona tropis indonesia foundation ( YAPETAI) as a
restoration coordinator, which supports sustainable natural resource management, community -
based forest management and capacity building for human resources. Furthermore, the organic
farming development program in the Gunung Leuser National Park (GLNP) supporting villages at
the sumatra hijau lestari foundation (YSHL) as the community facilitator coordinator, then we
succeeded in forming organic-based forest farmer groups in each assisted village which in practice
has begun to apply agricultural patterns organic . Previously, I had experience dealing waste
problems, with community-based waste management by establishing a waste bank and involving
women to make handicrafts of recycling waste at Enviromental Services Binjai City.

Oct 2021 – Present Consultant Outreach Project
Indonesia Lestari Capital is a start-up environmental enterprise, built to protect the
world’s natural assets through a commercially viable business model.
Lestari Capital aims to strengthen Southeast Asia’s emerging ecosystem
services marketplace, by connecting demand for on-the-ground
conservation efforts among commodity producers/buyers with Projects that
are protecting or restoring forests where these companies operate, to
protect at-risk areas. To implement project at the field, I am built
partnering with NGOs or company working in the conservation and forest
protection including on social forestry.

environmental conservation. Community assistance is a major
concern in program implementation, both in the application of
organic agriculture and commodity development in assisted village
communities in the TNGL buffer area.

2018 – 2020 Waste Management Facilitator Coordinator
Binjai, North Sumatra This program focuses on managing household waste, and changing
people’s mindsets to turn waste into a blessing through the waste
bank program. As a form of seriousness in waste management, DLH
binjai succeeded in establishing 15 unit waste bank s spread across 5
sub-districts in the city of Binjai.
