Scholastic History and Linguistic Expertise:

I received a 96.6 percentile on my 10th-grade exam in 2015 from the Gujarat Secondary and Higher
Secondary Education Board. I've always been interested in biology, therefore for my further
secondary schooling, I chose PCB. I placed 12th with a 76.23 percentile in 2017. After finishing my
education, I selected my bachelor's in pharmacy. I graduated from college in 2021 with an 8.38
CGPA.
On February 17, 2022, I took the IELTS exam. I received a speaking score of 6.5, a listening score of
6.0, a reading score of 6.0, and an overall band of 6.0. The resulting score satisfies the English
proficiency requirements for admission to Sheridan College.

Internship and Professional Experience:


To get practical knowledge, I have done internship from 01/03/2021 to 01/06/2021 at Biogen
Pharmaceutical Company. After that, I got my training from Chamunda Medical Store for 150 hours
(15/07/2020 to 12/09/2020) and was placed there as a pharmacist from February 21, 2022. My
duties include dispensing medicine, handling prescriptions, and managing the stock.

Family and Finance:


My father, mother, older brother, sister-in-law, and I make up the five members of my family. My
father is a Zone Supervisor. My older brother is married, and my mother and sister-in-law are
homemakers. My tuition fees for the university are $9285.25 for semester 1 and $8670.25 for
semester 2. I have got a scholarship of $1000 for semester 1 and $500 for semester 2. The rest
amount has already been paid. I already have a 10,250 CAD GIC account with Scotia Bank set up to
take care of my accommodation and daily living costs while I'm in Canada. Throughout my one-year
stay in Canada, my father will be the main financial backer of whatever expenses I may have. All
required additional documents are included with the visa application.
