Observation & Recommendations:

Feed and drum water hardness is still out of limits. This could be very dangerous for boiler. Total
hardness must not be greater than 5 mg/l. This is strongly recommended that use only RO or
softner treated water of zero hardness for boiler feed. To maintain pH and Alkalinity of drum water
dose some caustic (NaOH)in boiler feed tank. Morover ensure regular dosing of all chemicals
according to the said schedule and quantity.
