BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients:

12 pcs chicken wings


2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. fish sauce/ patis
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 ½ cup All purpose flour
½ tsp paprika
Cooking oil
100g butter
½ to ¾ cup hot sauce
¼ tsp chili powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp. sugar
½ tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Procedure:
1. Season the chicken wings with fish sauce, ground black pepper and cornstarch.
2. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 and ½ cup flour and about 1 tsp paprika and mix
thoroughly.
4. Dredge the chicken wings on the seasoned flour and mix thoroughly.

5. Fry the chicken until golden brown.


6. Melt the 100 g butter in a saucepan.
7. Add ¾ cup of your preferred hot sauce.
8. Add ¼ tsp chili powder and ½ tsp paprika. Add 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tbsp vinegar and 1
tbsp cornstarch.
