1. References:
a. Memorandum from TDIDM dated November 3, 2020 with subject “Checklist
for Request of Subsistence Allowance (SA) for PUPCs”;
b. Memorandum from TDIDM dated August 24, 2020 with subject “Guidance in
the Submission of Request for Subsistence Allowance (SA) of Persons Under
PNP Custody (PUPCs)”;
c. Memorandum from TDIDM dated April 14, 2021 with subject “Updated e-
Rouge as Requirement for Subsistence Allowance PUPCs”; and
d. DC Fiscal Directives No. 2017-09 and 2019-17.

2. In compliance with the above references, submitted is the fund request for
subsistence allowance for the 19 PUPCs of this Police Station who were detained
for a total of Thirty (31) days from Jul 1 to 31, 2022 amounting to Eight
Thousand, One Hundred Pesos Only (Php 8,100.00).
