Now, in response to application of Dr. Nirmal Khandelwal (Applicant) dated 22.07.2021 and further on application of Cygnus Medicare Private Limited dated 05.08.2021, I Balram Nandwani do hereby disassociate myself from the position of sole arbitrator in the above matter. Accordingly, both the parties are at liberty to appoint any person or group of person as arbitrator by mutual consent or through the process of court.
