G.T. Road, Adjoining ICAI Bhawan, Panipat-132103. Applicant i.e. Dr.
Nagar,
Nirmal Khandelwal duly appeared in the meeting but the Respondent i.e. Cygnus
Medicare Private Limited failed to appear in the meeting.

After hearing, it is hereby ordered to the Applicant to file a statement of claim

alongwith a copy to be addressed to Respondent within a period of 10 days.

And it is further directed to both the parties to appear in the second hearing
scheduled to be held at 12:30 pm on 16h Day of February, 2021 (Tuesday) at
the abovementioned address.

Please note that you are required to attend at the said meeting personally or

through duly accredited representative or counsel.
