‘Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court Manila MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 21-2022 RE: WORKING CAPACITY/PERSONAL FILING IN THE SUPREME COURT STARTING FEBRUARY 16, 2022 Considering that the Covid-19 growth sate in Metro Manila hse decreased, and notwithstanding the extension of Alest Level 2 therein unt Febrnry 28, 2022, the working capacity in the Supreme Court beginning February 16, 2022 and unui! further orders, shall be atleast eighty percent (80%) of the entize workforce of al ofices /services/divsions nits, except the Medical and Dental Services, Secusity Division, Maintenance Division and ‘Motogpool Section, which still be one hundsed percent (100%) of thet ‘wodkforce, Employees who are not scheduled to report on-ite shall be under WFH arrangement. The official time for work will be from 8:00 A.M. to 430 P.M, Monday to Friday ‘The Justices shall determine the number and echedle of theis staff who ‘sil be reqized to seport for work on-site in cheiseespective Chambers Chieis of Offices/Seevices shall determine who among. their personnel/staff shall be reporting on-site, which can be under rotation every ‘week.
