Hello Tess,
How are you? I’m at summer camp in Cologne, Germany and it’s really fun. It’s very different
from last year when I went to France. The camp finishes on Friday 12th July, but I don’t want it to
end! We have a lot of activities every day and the other children at the camp are really nice and
friendly. I love meeting and talking to new people and I’ve got a lot of friends. I’m so talkative!
My friends here are from different parts of the world, like Japan, Australia and Canada, and my
best friend Mika is Greek.
We have six camp lessons every day and they start at eight o’clock. On Monday and Wednesday
we have Drama class, and I’m very good at it! I’m really enjoying the sports activities. You know
that I’m a big fan of sports, especially swimming, hockey and tennis. There is a sports tournament
at the end of the course. I hope my team comes first!
We finish lessons every day at a quarter to five. We have two hours to rest and then it’s time for
dinner at a quarter to seven. Bedtime is at a quarter past nine. It’s a busy day, but I love it here
and time flies when you are having fun!
The only thing I don’t like is the morning. We have to get up at half past six to have breakfast!
