It is with great fervor that I humbly submit this letter to recommend to you Janna H. Alimin as she applies
for admission to your law school this year.

I have had close contact with Janna as her President in our organization during our college days and I am
lucky to be able to call her my friend. She is without a doubt the brightest colleague or co-officer I’ve
been with and maybe the smartest that I’ve encountered in my 6 years in Ateneo. Despite her busy
schedule due to so much responsibility as the eldest sister and also acting as a strong support to her
mother, her unwavering work ethic, in combination with her quick-witted intellect and almost frightening
maturity, has allowed her to accomplish a four-year college education. This gives me the confidence that
she is the best prospect for law school.

Janna is a valued member of the Ateneo Interdisciplinary and Economics Organization, and she is well
respected by her peers for her critical analysis in establishing successful tactics for preparing major
speeches, articles, social media posts, and other materials for public consumption by the school
community. This extracurricular activity allowed her to strengthen her public speaking skills, which she
needed when we first met at university. She was a shy student who relied on careful studies to boost her
self-esteem. Her engaging personality grew with time, but she now has the ability to communicate and
socialize with other individuals.

Janna is a tough opponent and a strong candidate for law school. While she hasn't always been a natural
public speaker, she has worked hard to overcome her limitations and transform them into advantages.
Janna has a strong character who is very perceptive, critically sharp, and deceptively observant. I highly
encourage you to accept her into your program, as I am confident you will enjoy watching her improve as
much as I have.
