1. PRESIDENT S SPEECH President Wong Pak Sam thanked everyone for their support on electing him as the president and he welcome new committee members for year 2011. He hoped everyone contribute for the betterment of Cheras Guolin Qigong. 2. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING The minutes of previous meeting was read . Proposed by Low Bein Teck and seconded by Chan Paik Wan.

3. SECRETARY S REPORT Report from Sales group, balance of T shirt is 200 pieces. 4. TREASURER S REPORT. The treasurer explained the details of financial report..Fixed Deposit RM 24,000, Cash RM 4856, Proposed by Ngan Bee Kwee and seconded by Woo Yet Foong.

5. 5.2 New committee member Yap Jia Seang revealed that he is dealing with direct selling . With this he was aware to abide by the rules of not selling in the vicinity of Qigong centre and committee agree that he could stay as a committee member . 5.3 To appoint two committee members : Low Kheng Yen, Low Bein Teck. 6. 6. OTHER MATTERS 6.1 Suggest to organise 2D1N short tour, venue will be decided by recreational committee, further discussion will be held during the next meeting. 6.2 With regards to obituary to the Late Mr Woo Hon, committee agrees that the expense is to be born by association. Committee also empowered that the President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer to handle any incidents that may occur in future. 7. The meeting was adjourned at 1.00pm.
