ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON LIS

I. INTRODUCTION
Face to face learning engagement of students and teachers within the school has been
suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic has paved the way to the
implementation of Modular Distance Learning as an urgent response to ensure
continuity of education. To give consideration to the learners where the internet
inaccessible for online learning, the Modular Learning modality is currently used by all
public schools in the Philippines.
To ensure the safety of both teachers and students, the Department of Education
(DepEd) -(SDOs) have contextualized the mode of delivery of the Self-Learning
Modules (SLMs) to be used by the learners. 
II. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Kalikasan ES regularly received modules but unfortunately not enough for the
number of learners, that’s why teachers produced/ printed to provide all the learners
the modules they needed. In spite of such challenges, Bliss teachers with the
support of our school head ARMANDO V. TECSON remained resilient and
motivated for the sake of our pupils learning.
The main challenges that emerged were lack of funding in the production and delivery
of modules; students struggle with self-studying, and parents' lack of knowledge to
academically guide their child/children. The prevailing challenges of the teachers are of
resources and communication.
