Dear Ms. Palma,

Good day Miss,

I am sorry that I cannot attend the three orientation that organize by the Office of
Student and Welfare because of the low internet connection and that time, and the
other orientation that I missed is I don’t have load at that time, and for the last
orientation I forgot to comment my name and my department during the live
orientation.

For my sanctions I will print the two signage and letters, and No Loitering sign. And
as a student every time there is an activity I will participate and fill up the attendance
so that I will not having a sanction.
