Rational: how the

rq relates to the company's current problems. Ex: company is focused on labour turnover
problems. This rq will help assess them on areas which they can work on. Rationality is the
reason why you are investigating the company.

Theoretical framework: All the theories from the business course/Textbook and how these
theories will help answer your rq. Ex: I will use a decision tree to get quantitative info on a
product, etc…

Proposed methodology: primary research method, who you will collect from and what will it
answer

Anticipated difficulties: problems likely to face during writing of IA. and a solution of how you
could solve it. Like a problem/solution table column.

Action plan: GANT CHART date (when you found the company), action (finding company),
source (where you found the company), modifications (planned something but didn’t work out)
(if changes in date, etc…)
