SUSPENSION OF WORK AND CLASSES DUE TO TYPHOON “ODETTE”

To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent

Public and Private Elementary and Secondary School Heads
All Others Concerned

1. In view of the Memorandum Order issued by Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Junard

“Ahong” Chan regarding suspension of work in City Government of Lapu-Lapu City due
to Typhoon “Odette”, work in Division Office, School Offices and classes in public
schools at all levels are hereby suspended effective December 16, 2021 until December
17, 2021.

2. All school heads shall undertake necessary measures to safeguard the facilities,
equipment, and materials in school.

3. The suspension of classes for private schools is left to the discretion of their
respective heads.

4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
