LETTER OF INTENT FREELANCER NAME CUSTOMER ADDRESS: PO-CODE AND CITY, COUNTRY The Freelancer herby expressly notes: > Theremunera contributions. paid to the Freelancer includes any and all taxes and, if applicable, social insurances > The Freelancer shall solely be responsible to pay any and all taxes, including social security contributions, that might be payablein the Freelancer's jurisdiction as a result of the services done by the Freelancer. > The Freelancer shall hold RTS harmless from and indemnify RTS against any tax liability, including social security contributions, incurred in the country where the Freelancer resides as a result of the services provided. > The Freelancer acknowledges that the Swiss social insurances institutions ruled that Freelancers is not subject to the Swiss social insurance laws. > Ifapplicable, the Freelancer shall be obliged to provide all reasonable confirmations of the competent social insurance agency or a payment document showing that Freelancer transferred the applicable social security contributions and taxes. If Freelancer fails to provide such documents RTS may withhold a part from the next remuneration, > The Freelancer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations (including, without limitation, economic and trade sanctions laws and regulations administered and enforced by the United Nations Security Council, the ‘Swiss State Secretariat For Economic Affairs, the European Union, the US. Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, and other applicable sanctions authorities) and business standards issued by RTS from time to time. Freelancer shall under no circumstances act in a manner, which could possibly harm the goodwill and business interests of RTS or an affiliated company or client. > TheFreelancer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the processing of personal data by Freelancer in relation to the data journalist services is governed by the Data Processing Agreement, available at: https:// www rtsportscast.com/data-processing-agreement/, as amended from time to time upon reasonable notice. > Thisletter of intent shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law without giving effect to the conflict of laws.
