Action Plan
2022-23

The Minority Coaching Cell of JAC has three wings.

a. Remedial Coaching Wing
b. TNPSC Coaching Wing
c. NET/SET Coaching Wing
The activities of these cells are explained below.

a. Remedial Coaching Wing

- Incharge Ms. Sundari & Mrs. Pushparani
 One day workshop will be arranged in September or October to the
academically weak students on “Study Techniques”
 Department wise remedial coaching will be monitored and class
tests could be seriously conducted. Reports will be submitted to
the Minority Coaching Cell

b. TNPSC Coaching Wing

- Incharge Mrs. Raja pushpam & Mrs. Geetha

 One day motivational Guest Lecture will be conducted for all the UG
students regarding Group-II Examination
 Two day crash course for “Appearing Competitive Examinations”
will be organized to all the final year UG students with external
experts. (Ms. Merline & Sr Johny)

c. NET/SET Coaching Wing

- Incharge Sr Joshitta, Sr Johny & Mrs. Monica
  One day motivational Guest Lecture will be conducted for all the PG
students regarding NET / SET Examination
 Two-day crash course for “Cracking NET /SET Examinations” will
be organized to all the PG students with external experts. (Ms.
 From January onwards, Every sixth day 3.00 -4.00 pm NET Paper -I
will be taught for all II PG students by Minority Coaching Cell
members.
 A book for NET / SET Paper I will be released with ISBN number in
this year.

Recommendations

1. Comprehensive Test conducted to the final year PG students in the last semester can
be organized by the minority cell. Necessary course materials and coaching will be
provided by them
2. A green notice board in a common area is much needed. The place will be discussed
with the Sr. Principal in person.
