Release of Liability

I, Martin Francisco Encinas Cota will not hold the Florence Unified School District or its
employees responsible for any damage to my items purchased in auction during shipping. I
have requested that Florence Unified School District staff put my items on a pallet and wrap
them for shipping. I am aware that it is my responsibility per the auction guidelines to prepare
all items for shipping.
