MORTGAGE APPLICATION

I refer to your recent visit to our Ballina office and the mortgage application form, which was
completed in respect of the property at Lake Lodge. We obtained all the information required
by the lender and submitted a formal mortgage application to them. You will recall the extra
information required was in respect of annual employment and rental income.

I am pleased to confirm that the mortgage application for €200,000.00 has been formally
approved by the lender and we await their written confirmation, which should arrive next
Tuesday.

It will be necessary for you to visit our office to complete the paperwork. I know you are
anxious to complete the purchase as soon as possible so perhaps you could let me know your
availability and I will arrange a meeting to suit your schedule.
