NOTICE OF $100,000 REWARD

OFFERED BY PCS WIRELESS LLC

PCS Wireless LLC (“PCS”) suffered the theft of approximately 54,000
mobile phones on or about August 14, 2022. The phones were in a tractor
trailer that was stolen in the Tampa, Florida area. The truck, but not the
trailer containing the mobile phones, was later recovered in the Miami
area. PCS has reason to believe that the stolen mobile phones are being
staged for shipment in the Miami area.

Notice is hereby given that PCS has extended a $100,000 reward offered
in exchange for information leading to the recovery of the mobile phones.

Any person having any information related to this crime is requested to

email at MJM@SPSK.com. All discussions will be kept confidential
except where disclosure is required by law.
The terms of the reward include the following:
1. The information provided must lead to the recovery of the stolen mobile phones.
2. The information must be provided no later than October 1, 2022; this offer shall be deemed
withdrawn on October 1, 2022.
3. The reward may be apportioned between various persons as determined by PCS in it sole
and absolute discretion.
4. The amount of any reward will be based on the significance of services rendered and based
upon the number of mobile phones recovered, as determined by PCS in its sole and absolute
discretion.
5. PCS reserves the right to reject a claim for reward where there has been collusion or
criminal involvement, or improper act or omissions by any person claiming the reward.
6. All decisions concerning the award of a reward by PCS are final.
