2 Two levels of visibility on PAMA Courses

In general Measurement and Analytics eLearning courses consists of a standardized structure, for products including basic principles,
product portfolio, applications, market & competition and key selling arguments while service videos included self-guided service as video
trainings for commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance related topics.

For external usage course modules are limited, e.g. on market or selling argumentation. The difference between the internal and external
contents are shown in the modules of the course. In this picture you can see Modules numbers, and internal content is marked with red plus
green, for example 9 Modules instead of 4. Public content is marked red. The numbers inside the column means the length of the module in
minutes. (See table 1 on next page)

In the Measurement and Analytics Channel Partner training we are now providing access to the internal part of the course, and this is done
by adding users (Channel Partners) into a specific Learning Group in MyLearning tool. Channel Partners need to contact their country
Channel manager to get access to these learning groups

3 Process to enroll training for Channel Partners

When MyABB account is created, Channel Partner will receive an activation mail. He/she has 72 hours to activate the MyABB account by
login one time. In case that doesn’t happen, reset of the MyABB account should be done. Please contact Channel Manager for this.

Here is instructions link for Channel Partners on how to use MyABB and MyLearning. Once Channel Manager has enrolled the
Certification plans, the courses are under My Learning -> My enrollments/My Programs.

Please note - the durations of the courses are estimations in this document, it depends about the students back round how long the course
will take to study the whole Certification plan.

Mandatory (M): To complete the Certification plan all mandatory courses has to be in completed status.

Optional (O): The course is Optional based on its content but optional since relevance is dependent on local Channel Partner product offering. It is
also possible to pick and choose the Optional courses on an individual basis in MyLearning.

4 Certification plans in Distributor, Technical distributor and

System integrator category for ABB Value Provider Program
Certification Plans (term used in MyLearning for plans with a validity duration of 3 years) are used in the ABB Value Provider Program to
tie courses together under a specific Product Line.

In this chapter here are the Instrumentation specific certification plans to be completed by channel partner person’s and to gain personal
certification for Distributor and Technical distributor category for ABB Value Provider Program.

Please notice that for the company authorization there are several other requirements additional to these personal certifications.

In each Certification Plan you can find courses marked M = Mandatory, or, O = Optional. The Certification Plan with Optional courses will
get completed after the Mandatory courses are done.

NOTE - System integrators can achieve the ABB Value Provider authorization based on two-part requirements; 1. Product line based
training (the certification plans) 2. separate Engineering Experience Assessment table additionally to the “product training”. Please contact
your ABB Country Channel Manager about this
