Yes, we need to make up the committee to ensure the health and safety of the workplace including
the employer, employees and customers, because by making up the standards in the safety and
health of the workplace we can make up the committee goals and targets to establish the effective
rules and regulations in an organization. This also helps in maintaining the friendly relationship
among the committee work groups or teams. Due to this reasons which provides the support to a
health and safety committee is an essential team for consulting on work health and safety
problems. A committee makes a person to manage of a business or the procedures of business
and worker representatives to meet regularly and work co-operatively to develop policies and
procedures to improve work health and safety outcomes. So, for this specific reasons we need to
make up the committee.

The evacuation of staff and customers is due to the workplace hazards specially the fire
or some natural disasters caused in the workplace like earthquake and all the staffs and
customers need to be guided in the assembly point for this crucial incidents.

Security management of cash, documents, equipment, keys and people is essential in


workplace to be safe from thefts, robbery and the leakage of confidential data, files or
documents
