Every employee is required to provide two (2) guarantors each to complete their documentation
process and this form must be completed in the guarantor’s own handwriting.

You are advised not to stand as guarantor for any person whose background you do not know
very well. Guarantors must be people of high integrity and must meet all the requirements
stated.

Guarantor must not be less than 30 years of age and must be able to provide the right cover for
the individual guaranteed.
