Payment : 40% advance with LPO, as the work progresses 20%
1 payment should be release every 10 days.
2 All the Govt and Property approvals, fee is not included.
Minimum Working hours required 12 hr per day day. In case of less
than 12 hours per day the cost will change and the completion and
3 handover of site will also delay.
The Above price is not include the Demolition of Walls,Flooring and
Foundation of the Buildings
4 Roof Sheeting and Storing in same area with proper manner
Removal of Debris and Shifting of Removed sheets are not included
5 in quotation.
6 Validity: 15 days from the offer date.
7 Work period 25 to 30 working days.
