NOTE POINTS TOWARDS THE SOFTWARE APPLICATION FOR KRISHNA DCCB

User panel:

1) Here user will be able to register himself with the application, the total details about the
loans and their process will be stored inside the application. Users will then be able to log
into their accounts and apply for the loans.
2) Users will also have the ability to log into the mobile application for the details about their
loan application
3) For every acceptance or rejection, the users will be notified via sms and push notification
from the mobile application.
4) User will also be able to check the latest updates of KDCCB which can be posted through the
portal.
5) Different kind communications such as updates and greeting can received via mobile
notifications

Backend Panel:

1) The backend panel consists of different login for every employee who has authority to
process the loan application.
2) Based on the loan process the application will be transferred to the series of authorities who
have to update their responses based on the application.
3) There will also be an authentication method through OTP for every authority to confirm the
transfer of the application to the next authority.
4) The responses from the authorities will be saved and be displayed to the users from their
mobile applications.
5) Admin control will be able to manage the whole application such as creating the employees
and managing the users from the loan portal.
6) There will be reports generated for loan actions done in the portal.
7) Authorities can send the notifications and updates through their logins which can be viewed
by the users

Mobile Applications:

The mobile applications will only feature the user’s login and information sharing page. This
can only be utilized by the end users and will be available in both Android and IOS devices.
