Re: Payment of Outstanding Debt of [₱ 500,000.00 ]

Dear Mr. Revillame,

We are the legal counsel of Andrew P. Garcia and represent his interest in resolving this matter.
This Demand Letter serves as an official notice to your obligation to you repay the sum of five
hundred thousand Philippine pesos only ( ₱ 500,000.00). The said amount was advance to you
on March 7,2017 for which the maturity date of payment was on January 10,2020

The amount has been long overdue since last year of January 10 and you failed to pay your
outstanding debt. Hence, you failed to fulfill your obligation to our client Mr. Garcia despite his
monthly follow up for the request of payment of your debt.

Unless payment of the aforementioned amount is received by us in full within ninety (90) days,
our client will bring legal action against you as no alternative is left but to exercise his right
under the law to enforce such payment. Let us remind you that this notice of demand shall be
admissible in court as evidence of your failure to cooperate should you not fulfill your
obligation of paying your debt. Once legal action is taken, this may involve having you pay
attorney’s fees and various legal expenses
