Entropy explained

Entropy is about the number of different ways atoms and energy packets can be
arranged. Say you have a toy car, one that works on a battery. As you use the
energy in the battery of the car to move it around. The energy in the battery naturally
decreases, but why? Because the principle of entropy tells us that there is a state
wherein the molecules could do the reverse. So why don’t they? When the statistics
are put into a graph we can see that when the atom count rises the graph takes the
shape of a mountain-graph. Making the options at the start and at the end of the
graph very unlikely situations for the atoms to be arranged in. Adding more energy
packets wouldn’t help to even out the graph. So the chances of the battery of the toy
car containing the energy while moving are so little that it can well be said that it is
impossible to occur.
